I invested years of my life learning from the best chefs plus countless hours reformulating recipes so I could offer the best taste, flavor and healthy ingredients to my clients. Indulge Right Foods’ products are not different! I compare my recipes to the “classics” whenever applicable. I don’t believe you should settle for second best regardless if you made the choice to live free from allergens or you were forced to make that choice.

For the past several years I have been researching, learning, developing and teaching alongside some of the top healthcare professionals how to live a healthy lifestyle. By combining science, nutrition and my culinary background, I have developed programs that helped many release unwanted weight, get off medications and change their lifestyles.

When working with my clients, it was always the same story: I don’t have time, it’s too expensive, I’m traveling all the time, I don’t have 10 minutes in the morning for me, let alone to cook something healthy, I’m in meetings all day, I need something quick, healthy and on the go.
