Chicken in Red Wine Sauce
Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Sugar-Free
- Red wine of choice
- Chicken Stock
- In a saucepan, brown chicken on all sides.
- Remove chicken from heat and place in a casserole dish with herbs.
- Sauté mushrooms, in the same oil as the chicken.
- Transfer mushrooms to casserole dish.
- Sauté onions and garlic, in the same oil.
- Transfer onions and garlic to casserole dish.
- Heat red wine and chicken stock to a quick boil.
- Add to casserole dish.
- Put in oven until cooked.
