I have a recipe for you for some healthy and delicious pancakes.  These are high-protein pancakes that are gluten-free, sugar-free, and can potentially be dairy-free.

PANCAKES

Gluten-Free | Sugar-free | High-protein

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup high-protein base
  • 1 cup buttermilk or your choice of non-dairy substitute
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet to medium temperature
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together high-protein base, buttermilk, and eggs.
  3. Spoon the batter into the skillet at desired size.
  4. When the surface becomes bubbly and porous, flip.
  5. When both sides are light golden brown, remove from the skillet and enjoy.
