- 1 cup high-protein base
- 1 cup buttermilk or your choice of non-dairy substitute
- 2 eggs
- Heat a large skillet to medium temperature
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together high-protein base, buttermilk, and eggs.
- Spoon the batter into the skillet at desired size.
- When the surface becomes bubbly and porous, flip.
- When both sides are light golden brown, remove from the skillet and enjoy.
